Welcome to Black Diamond Boxers
BlackDiamond Boxers is a small in home Kennel in Grand Marais Mn, a small town 2 1/2 hrs north of Duluth. It is owned and operated by Lenny and Tammy Smith. We have two children Travis (10) and Ashlee (5), at the time we have four boxers and a cocker spaniel.
We are not a puppy mill, nor will we sell to pet stores,
All our puppies will go to pre approved homes, and all pet puppies will be sold on limited breeding rights with a spay neuter contract.
At Black Diamond Boxers temperment and health is our number 1 goal in breeding, and we will do our best to meet that goal.

Where did the name "Black Diamond" come from?

Can. Ch. Sanchar's Black Diamond ( Chuck )
Chuck was my first show dog, I learned alot with Chuck. He was a very special dog to me, and meant the world to me. We miss him deeply, and so we decided that all our dog will carry a part of him with the name Black Diamond.
After having a sheltie and having to do all the grooming before shows, we decided to change to a breed with allot less coat to groom. That is when we fell in love with the boxers, they are great with our kids and that mean the world to us. They also don't have much for coat to groom.

Gus is the senior dog around here,
he is known as ( the old man ).
Gus will be 15 years old soon,
and is doing real well.
